The Yellow Brick & Blood Stained Road

I always thought that girl and her dog looked a little sketchy. With that kind of behavior she will end up in a different place called Oz.

Fantastic Friday!

Another fine and fantastic selection of the First Family of Marvel.

No one beats the King.

There is good cosplay and there is great cosplay.

Super Sunday

Another glorious week has gone by. The last of the leaves falling off the trees as the weather gets colder. Enjoy this weeks selection of Super.

All I need is a roll of dimes and a time machine....is that so much to ask for.

Deluxe Superman Halloween costume.
Looks good, but I would do without the plastic looking hair and spit curl.

Super Sunday!

I was planning a post on some of Superman's supporting characters, but ran out of time. So I'll save that for a later date. So here is some standard Superman fair. Enjoy!

Damn, he makes that old school suit work.
"...a large metropolitan newspaper."

How I enjoy my morning coffee.
Even Superman catches it when he is late.
At least he thought to bring flowers.

Words of the Wise

Nailed It!

Two Weeks To Go!

Two weeks tonight is Halloween!
Probably the most beloved and favorite holiday of all of my kids. And they are all well past the trick-or-treat age.

This time of year always makes me think of bad weather (I vividly remember taking my kids out in a foot of snow one year), and my wife being away. She is retired from the Military now, but while she was in, it seemed that every year there would be an exercise scheduled for the end of October and she would be in the field.

He looks a little upset...

Mr. Fantastic action figure.

Just a little side note here. The cover below is pretty much how I picture the Fantastic Four in my head. Maybe a little John Byrne as well sometimes, but in 1978 I was 11 years old and really getting my game on when it came to comic books. Good times.

Always liked when She-Hulk was a member of the team.
